Outbound tourism departures | Azerbaijan – yearly data, chart and table

The outbound tourism departures from Azerbaijan in 2022 amounted to 1 490 000, which is 52.82% more than in 2021, when it was  975 000 departures. This is the first year of growth after a decline. Over the entire period of data from the UNWTO since 1996, this indicator has increased in 3.45 times. The lowest number of international tourists was recorded in 1996, when it was 432 000 departures. The highest value was in 2019, when the outbound tourism departures from Azerbaijan reached 5 568 000.
