Outbound tourism departures | Bulgaria – yearly data, chart and table

The outbound tourism departures from Bulgaria in 2022 amounted to 7 252 000, which is 39.95% more than in 2021, when it was  5 182 000 departures. It has been growing in this country for already 2 years in a row. Over the entire period of data from the UNWTO since 1995, this indicator has increased in 2.06 times. The lowest number of international tourists was recorded in 2000, when it was 2 337 000 departures. The highest value was in 2022, when the outbound tourism departures from Bulgaria reached 7 252 000.
