Passenger transportation by air | Bolivia – yearly data, chart and table

Number of passengers carried by air transport in Bolivia in 2021 amounted to 4 311 880, which is 64.12% more than in 2020, when it was  2 627 202 passengers. This is the first year of growth after a decline. According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) statistics, since 1970, the volume of air transport passengers has increased in 17.67 times. The lowest number was recorded in 1970, with a value of 244 000 passengers. The maximum passengers by air transport in Bolivia was in 2021, when it reached 4 311 880 passengers. Air passengers carried include both domestic and international aircraft passengers of air carriers registered in the country.
