Gas proved reserves | Congo – yearly data, chart and table

The proved natural gas reserves of Congo  in 2021 reached 284 billion m³, which is 0.348% less than in 2020, when it was  285 billion cubic metres. This is the first year of decline after a period of growth. According to the Energy Information Administration (EIA) data and BP Statistical Review of World Energy, since 1980, the  proved reserves of natural gas has increased in 4.98 times. The minimum of Congo  was recorded in 1980, with a value of 57 billion cubic metres. The maximum proved gas reserves was  in 2015, when it reached 285 billion m³.
