Foreign direct investment intflows | Cape Verde Islands – yearly data, chart and table

Foreign direct investment inflows of Cape Verde Islands in 2024 amounted to 63.80 million USD, which is 51.36% less than in 2023, when it was  131.18 million USD. This is the first year of decline after a period of growth. According to UNCTAD statistics, since 1990, the foreign direct investment inflows has increased in 252.60 times. The lowest value was recorded in 1990, with a value of 0.25 million USD. The maximum foreign investment inflows to economics of Cape Verde Islands was in 2008, when it reached 170.11 million USD.
