Passenger transportation by air | Denmark – yearly data, chart and table

Number of passengers carried by air transport in Denmark in 2004 amounted to 6 428 701, which is 9.22% more than in 2003, when it was  5 886 037 passengers. This is the first year of growth after a decline. According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) statistics, since 1970, the volume of air transport passengers has increased in 3.62 times. The lowest number was recorded in 1970, with a value of 1 775 300 passengers. The maximum passengers by air transport in Denmark was in 2004, when it reached 6 428 701 passengers. Air passengers carried include both domestic and international aircraft passengers of air carriers registered in the country.
