Foreign direct investment intflows | Ecuador – yearly data, chart and table

Foreign direct investment inflows of Ecuador in 2024 amounted to 232.11 million USD, which is 51.14% less than in 2023, when it was  475.03 million USD. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. According to UNCTAD statistics, since 1990, the foreign direct investment inflows has increased in 1.84 times. The lowest value was recorded in 2000, with a value of -23.43 million USD. The maximum foreign investment inflows to economics of Ecuador was in 2018, when it reached 1 388.99 million USD.
