The nickel production of Finland in 2022 amounted to 44 921 tons, which is 6.54% more than in 2021, when it was 42 163 tons. It has been growing in this country for already 3 years in a row. According to the British Geological Survey statistics, since 1970, the annual volume of nickel production has increased in 8.54 times. The minimum was recorded in 1999, with a value of 730 tons.
