Outbound tourism departures | France – yearly data, chart and table

The outbound tourism departures from France in 2022 amounted to 39 484 000, which is 79.42% more than in 2021, when it was  22 007 000 departures. It has been growing in this country for already 2 years in a row. Over the entire period of data from the UNWTO since 1995, this indicator has increased in 2.11 times. The lowest number of international tourists was recorded in 1999, when it was 16 709 000 departures. The highest value was in 2019, when the outbound tourism departures from France reached 49 276 000.
