Number of diabetic patients | Faroe Islands

Number of people with diabetes in 20-79 years age group in Faroe Islands in 2024 amounted to 2 500, which is 38.89% more than in 2021, when it was  1 800 people. Since 2019, for the whole period of International Diabetes Federation statistics, the diabetic population in Faroe Islands has increased in 1.04 times. The minimum number of adults aged 20–79 living with diabetes was recorded in 2021, with a value of 1 800.
