Passenger transportation by air | Guinea – yearly data, chart and table

Number of passengers carried by air transport in Guinea in 1999 amounted to 58 500, which is 62.05% more than in 1998, when it was  36 100 passengers. This is the first year of growth after a decline. According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) statistics, since 1970, the volume of air transport passengers has increased in 1.20 times. The lowest number was recorded in 1992, with a value of 23 300 passengers. The maximum passengers by air transport in Guinea was in 1985, when it reached 136 000 passengers. Air passengers carried include both domestic and international aircraft passengers of air carriers registered in the country.
