The international outbound tourism expenditure of Equatorial Guinea in 2001 amounted to 30.00 million USD, which is 57.89% more than in 2000, when it was  19.00 million USD. It has been growing in this country for already 3 years in a row. Over the entire period of data from the UNWTO since 1995, this indicator has increased in 4.29 times. The lowest annual international outbound tourism expenditure recorded in 1998, when it was 7.00 million USD. The maximum value was in 2001, when the expenditure of outbound tourists from Equatorial Guinea reached 30.00 million USD.
These values come from a new data collection process using a single questionnaire. Since the new processing system is still being phased in, some data points may not completely reflect the final standards yet.
