Number of diabetic patients | Guyana – yearly data, chart and table

Number of people with diabetes in 20-79 years age group in Guyana in 2024 amounted to 75 700, which is 40.19% more than in 2021, when it was  54 000 people. Since 2011, for the whole period of International Diabetes Federation statistics, the diabetic population in Guyana has increased in 1.15 times. The minimum number of adults aged 20–79 living with diabetes was recorded in 2019, with a value of 50 400.
