The oil energy consumption in Israel in 2024 reached 0.4125 EJ, which is 5.02% less than in 2023, when consumption volume was  0.4343 EJ. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. According to the Statistical Review of World Energy, since 1965, the consumption volume of oil primary energy has increased in 2.85 times. The lowest level of consumption in Israel was recorded in 1965, with a value of 0.1450 EJ. The maximum energy consumption from oil was in 1999, when it reached 0.6276 EJ. The Statistical Review of World Energy is published annually in the last decade of June by the Energy Institute (EI). From 1952 to 2022, this dataset on global energy production, consumption, and emissions was published by BP.
