Number of reported tuberculosis cases in Italy in 2023 amounted to 2 600, which is exactly the same as in 2022, when it was also 2 600. . Since 2000, for the whole period of WHO statistics, the annual TB case count in Italy has decreased in 1.54 times. The highest rate was in 2010, when it reached 5 200 new cases. The minimum of Italy was recorded in 2020, with a value of 2 500.
