Agricultural land area | Lao Peoples Dem. Rep. – yearly data, chart and table

Agricultural land area of Lao Peoples Dem. Rep. in 2023 amounted to 22 872 km², which is 1.21% more than in 2022, when it was  22 598 km². It has been growing in this country for already 3 years in a row. According to the FAOSTAT data, since 1961, the area of agricultural land has increased in 1.48 times. The minimum agricultural land area recorded in 1965, with a value of 14 500 km². The maximum of Lao Peoples Dem. Rep. was in 2016, when it reached 24 260 km².
