Suicide mortality rate | Netherlands – yearly data, chart and table

Suicide mortality rate in Netherlands amounted to 11.50 per 100,000 population in 2021, which is 3.98% more than in 2020, when it was  11.06. It has been growing in this country for already 2 years in a row. Since 2000, for the whole period of WHO statistics, this indicator has increased in 1.21 times. The highest number of suicide deaths was in 2017, when it reached 11.93 per 100,000 population. The minimum of Netherlands was recorded in 2007, with a value of 8.45 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants.
