Passenger transportation by air | Nauru – yearly data, chart and table

Number of passengers carried by air transport in Nauru in 2021 amounted to 3 344, which is 64.26% less than in 2020, when it was  9 356 passengers. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) statistics, since 2009, the volume of air transport passengers has decreased in 62.93 times. The lowest number was recorded in 2021, with a value of 3 344 passengers. The maximum passengers by air transport in Nauru was in 2009, when it reached 210 424 passengers. Air passengers carried include both domestic and international aircraft passengers of air carriers registered in the country.
