Number of deaths caused by tuberculosis in Philippines in 2023 amounted to 37 000, which is 2.63% less than in 2022, when it was 38 000 cases. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. Since 2000, for the whole period of WHO statistics, the annual TB mortality in Philippines has increased in 1.12 times. The highest mortality rate was in 2021, when it reached 40 000 deaths. The minimum of Philippines was recorded in 2014, with a value of 27 000 cases. All values are approximate.
