Suicide mortality rate | Qatar – yearly data, chart and table

Suicide mortality rate in Qatar amounted to 4.70 per 100,000 population in 2021, which is 10.98% less than in 2020, when it was  5.28. It has been falling in this country for already 5 years in a row. Since 2000, for the whole period of WHO statistics, this indicator has decreased in 2.80 times. The highest number of suicide deaths was in 2001, when it reached 13.52 per 100,000 population. The minimum of Qatar was recorded in 2021, with a value of 4.70 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants.
