Passenger transportation by air | Chad – yearly data, chart and table

Number of passengers carried by air transport in Chad in 2014 amounted to 28 332, which is 0.897% more than in 2013, when it was  28 080 passengers. This is the first year of growth after a decline. According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) statistics, since 1970, the volume of air transport passengers has decreased in 1.96 times. The lowest number was recorded in 2013, with a value of 28 080 passengers. The maximum passengers by air transport in Chad was in 1980, when it reached 106 100 passengers. Air passengers carried include both domestic and international aircraft passengers of air carriers registered in the country.
