Population ages 18 and above | Uganda – yearly data, chart and table

The estimated population 18 years of age or older in Uganda in mid-2025 amounted to 25 578 087 people, which is 3.71% more than in mid-2024, when it was  24 663 916 people. It has been growing in this country for already 75 years in a row. Over the entire period of data from the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs since 1950, this indicator has increased in 8.49 times. The lowest 18+ years old population was recorded in 1950, when it was 3 012 039 people. The maximum number of people 18 years of age or older lived in Uganda in 2025 with a value of 25 578 087.
