Lending interest rate | Ukraine

The average lending rate in Ukraine in 2024 was 19.59%. In 2023, the value was amounted to  22.11%. This is the first year of decline after a period of growth. Since 1992, for the whole period of statistics, this indicator has decreased in 3.86 times. The lowest credit rate meets the short- and medium-term financing needs of the private sector in Ukraine was recorded in 2021, with a value of 13.29%. The highest value was in end-1994, when it reached 250.28%.
