Foreign direct investment intflows | Uruguay – yearly data, chart and table

Foreign direct investment inflows of Uruguay in 2024 amounted to -1 734.64 million USD, which is 175.94% less than in 2023, when it was  2 284.15 million USD. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. According to UNCTAD statistics, since 1990, the foreign direct investment inflows has decreased 1 776.18million USD. The lowest value was recorded in 2016, with a value of -1 821.10 million USD. The maximum foreign investment inflows to economics of Uruguay was in 2013, when it reached 4 250.83 million USD.
