Number of diabetic patients | Uruguay – yearly data, chart and table

Number of people with diabetes in 20-79 years age group in Uruguay in 2024 amounted to 201 500, which is 26.89% less than in 2021, when it was  275 600 people. Since 2011, for the whole period of International Diabetes Federation statistics, the diabetic population in Uruguay has increased in 1.36 times. The minimum number of adults aged 20–79 living with diabetes was recorded in 2011, with a value of 148 600.
