Overview
The nickel production of Zimbabwe in 2022 amounted to 13 753 tons, which is 1.41% less than in 2021, when it was 13 949 tons. It has been falling in this country for already 2 years in a row. According to the British Geological Survey statistics, since 1970, the annual volume of nickel production has increased in 1.25 times. The minimum was recorded in 2009, with a value of 4 858 tons. The maximum mining volume of nickel in Zimbabwe was in 2018, when it reached 17 850 tons.
